HOME & BUSINESS BROADBAND

Make room for a better connection.

Video meetings at the kitchen table, homework upstairs or orders coming into the office. Let’s find broadband and WiFi around the way you live and work.

First, let’s find out what is holding you back.

Slow broadband and patchy WiFi can feel much the same, but often need different fixes. If your connection works beside the router and drops away in another room, coverage may be the issue. If everything slows together, we’ll look at the incoming service as well.

Tell us your postcode, how many people are online and what you do most. We can discuss fixed broadband, 4G or 5G options and the equipment to make the most of them.

A home that works online

Balance family streaming, study and everyday browsing with the rooms you actually use.

A business that depends on it

Plan around cloud applications, video calls, payment equipment and the number of people connecting.

A property with a few challenges

Thick walls, long layouts and detached offices need a considered WiFi plan, not simply another plug-in booster.
TP-Link Archer NX500 5G router

A practical 5G option: Archer NX500

The TP-Link Archer NX500 combines a mobile broadband connection with WiFi 6. It can be a useful starting point where suitable mobile coverage offers an alternative to the fixed line.

We’ll check the location, SIM requirements and router placement with you. A 5G label alone does not tell us what performance you will get at your address.

Equipment chosen for your property.

For a suitable fixed connection, the TP-Link EX520v provides WiFi 6 and VoIP capability. For mobile broadband, we can also discuss the Teltonika Altos CAP700 indoor 5G WiFi 7 router or the OTD500 outdoor 5G router where an external installation makes sense.

If you need coverage beyond the router, we can plan compatible Omada access points and management. We’ll explain the recommendation in plain English.

A little advice. A clear next step.

Tell us what’s happening. Your postcode, current connection and a few words about the problem are a good start.

We’ll explain the choices. We look at the connection, equipment and coverage together, then explain what we recommend and why.

You decide with the details in front of you. Your tailored quote will set out the proposed equipment, service and installation, with costs and terms agreed before you go ahead.

A few questions you might have

Can you help if I already have broadband?

Yes. Tell us what you have and where it falls short. We can discuss whether the service, the router, the WiFi coverage or a combination needs attention.

Can you connect a garden office or outbuilding?

Possibly. Distance, line of sight, building materials and cable routes all matter. Send us a brief description of the buildings and we’ll discuss a suitable approach.

Will I need to change everything?

Not necessarily. We’ll ask about your existing equipment and explain what can be retained and what we recommend changing.

Let’s find what works for you.

Share your postcode and a little about your setup. We’ll talk through suitable options and prepare a tailored quote.
