Our contract lengths start at just 30 days
Can I purchase my own modem that will work with your service?
Yes, but we may mot be able to offer full monitoring on it.
Who is responsible for the equipment if it breaks, and is there a warranty?
We offer 12 months replacement warranty on equipment. There will be a service change if we need to attend site or work at height to replace the equipment.
Your sim plan(s) will stop when you reach your limit and you can ‘bolt” on extra data.
(except for the last day of the month)
Do you know what the peak usage times are?
There may be congestion if you are in an area with a large event happening.
