We always aim to ship all orders received before 3 PM the same working day. Standard Delivery takes approximately 3-5 days, but we can’t guarantee it. You will be contacted if your order an item that isn’t in stock on a 24/48hr delivery immediately and we will endeavour to accommodate your requirements where we can. If you have any special delivery requirements, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Returns & Refunds Policy (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within seven (7) working days of receiving your order; this seven (7) day approval period starts the day after receiving your item.
Any personalised or custom items made to your specifications which by reason of their nature cannot be returned are not eligible for a refund. Please contact us by email or call us on +44(0)1485 572253 and inform us of your intent to cancel and return your order, we will happily accept the return of your order providing all items in your order are returned in their original packaging and condition.
Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receipt of your returned goods giving us time to check over them and make sure they are 100% as sent out.
Rural Broadband are not entitled to pay for your shipping costs when returning an item to us unless the item is damaged or we have sent the wrong item to you where we will include the cost of return shipping within your refund. Orders must be checked for damage or missing items and reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of order.
